 Pasquale
Foggia was born in Naples, on July 22, 1971.
On July 1995 he has received a Laurea degree with honors in Computer Engineering at the "Federico II" University of Naples, with a thesis about Optical Character Recognition (relator: prof. Mario Vento). On April 1999 he has received a PhD degree in Computer Engineering, also at the Federico II University, with a thesis on classification and learning using attributed relational graphs (relator: prof. Luigi P. Cordella). His research interests are in the fields of classification algorithms, optical character recognition, graph matching and inductive learning. He is also member of the IAPR. |
